Introducing WHOLE BODY HEALTH – a science-backed, dietician and coach-led, physician-guided 12-week online program designed to facilitate weight loss, balance out hormones, stabilize blood sugar, and optimize overall well-being.
The Noakes Foundation is conducting a study to assess the impact of this program on specific health markers and is looking for participants to join us.
The overall aims of our study are:
- Assess changes in blood markers (fasting glucose, fasting insulin, HbA1c, lipid profile) over the 12-week program.
- Evaluate improvements in body composition (weight, waist circumference)
- Evaluate improvements in cardiovascular health (blood pressure)
- Evaluate improvements in sleep quality and stress resilience
- Track changes in mental well-being
- Determine satisfaction and engagement with the program

Want to sign up? Here’s what you need to know before you do:
In order to be considered for the study, you will need to agree to do the following before and after the program:
- Have a blood sample taken at a Pathcare laboratory
- Complete a set of 4 online questionnaires
- Visit a Dischem or Clicks pharmacy nurse to have blood pressure taken and body measurements recorded
- Have a discussion with other participants about your experience with your health and the program
The Whole Body Health program will involve both online and pre-recorded sessions. You will need to be available to attend at least one in-person online session between the times of 3-4 pm once a week and commit to watching all other pre-recorded weekly sessions.
