Today’s question on the Ask Prof Noakes Podcast comes from Kevin Garwood. Kevin wants to know, what are the effects of the low carb diet on testosterone levels? Does it cause lower testosterone levels? Also does it increase your cortisol levels? And would it cause atrophy of muscles meaning would the low carb diet weight loss cause me to lose muscle mass?
