The Noakes Foundation would like to make a short film celebrating Prof Noakes 70th Birthday and to honour his legacy and his generosity of knowledge and spirit that he’s offered to South Africa and the world! As a leading scientific personality of our times, we as The Noakes Foundation deeply value Prof Noakes’ contributions towards the LCHF mandate to reverse the scourge, insufficient treatment, and outlook of Type 2 Diabetes globally.
We would like to invite you to send Prof Noakes your special birthday message so we can include this in the film.
Here are the guidelines for the video messages for Prof:
- Shoot in landscape NOT portrait
- Shoot in a place that has good light coming from the front onto face
- Frame video from belly button up and slightly off centre but looking into the shot
- Look into the camera lens of the phone or device you are shooting with
- Start message with “Happy Birthday Prof Noakes” and then a birthday message which should be concise and to the point, no longer than 30 seconds.
- Examples: “Happy Birthday Prof Noakes! You’ve been an inspiration in my life!”, “Happy Birthday Prof Noakes! I hope you have a wonderful day. Thank you for fighting for the truth!”
