Today’s question for Prof Tim Noakes about running on the Ask Prof Noakes Podcast comes from Tracy J on Twitter. Tracey wanted to know what running nutrition would you use to make the transition to become fat adapted on your long runs?  What running nutrition would you use before you were fat adapted and how do you know when you are totally fat adapted and only burning fat?
