The battle of losing the last of your body fat

Belinda 2017-01-25T07:57:40+02:00 January 25th, 2017|

On today’s edition of the Ask Prof Noakes Podcast, James Preston has a question from a cyclist who wants to know how to get his body fat below 14%. He says the lowest it’s been is 13.5%. Not being overweight and making use of Keto and LCHF for health & fat adaptation benefit, he finds it a battle to drop the last 1 or 2% of body fat. Prof Noakes suggests investigating the use of fasting where you’re eating for limited periods per day which combined with exercise should be able to lose those last 1 or 2 kilograms of  body fat.
