For the love of Pasta – Meet the inspiration behind Skinny Pasta SA and stand a chance to WIN!

Candice Spence 2019-03-05T13:18:46+02:00 March 5th, 2019|
Skinny Pasta took a look at pasta cuisine and created a new, flavourful fresh recipe which is low calorie, Banting friendly and has a slightly softer texture than the previous recipe that makes it a favourite among calorie and carb-conscious pasta lovers. Their proprietary formula is a completely odour free, pre-cooked Konjac product.
Skinny Pasta SA is the result of a husband and wife team effort. Lance and Karen Kay were offered the opportunity to distribute Skinny Pasta in 2017 and have been running with it ever since.  The idea of offering a healthy pasta alternative which is suitable to most diets is the driving force behind the business.
Skinny Pasta is made from the Konjac plant originally found in Southeast Asia. For years, Konjac has been known as a water absorber and a significant source of fiber. Because of these characteristics, Konjac has the reputation of being a “hunger Killer” and it makes Skinny Pasta the healthiest and tastiest pasta without all the carbs and calories.
Skinny Pasta is a proud affiliate of Eat Better SA which means these products have been independently tested by an accredited laboratory and vetted by our panel of experts to ensure that they support your low carbohydrate lifestyle. For each product purchased, a portion is contributed towards our Eat Better SA community initiatives.
South Africans love pasta and there is no limit to what you can create using Skinny Pasta’s unique pasta formula. Stand a chance to win a Skinny Pasta hamper by clicking here.
